This is all my opinion. I am not an expert. This my experience on this product.I'm 5'11, currently around 240lbs and I like to run 5k's around 3-5x a week. I mostly do street running and sometimes trail running with other types of shoes. I got these as a street running shoe. I'm training to eventually run a marathon in a few years. I'm not a sprinter, I'm a slow, long distance runner.Reason I got these were to replace some Alphaboosts (2020) I had for a few years. I liked their continental soles and big foot print to keep my foot from twisting from one direction to another, also to help with my knees to bounce off. I normally like Hoka Clifton's and would put them in that category of "goodness for the price". I have some Adidas Super Novas that are great for running but have a bad design in the tongue, resulting in banged up feet. I feel quicker in those for more speedier runs at the moment.I just got back from my first run in them and I went an extra mile for the fun of it. My body feels good as the energy return was above what I expected. I researched these on Runkeeper and they were 88/100 and I'd say that's a fair assessment. The shoes are not as heavy as people complain about. The duel density foam was very comfortable after the first 2-3 minutes of breaking them in and my endorphins kicking in as well. These are so good, at $62.50, I'm buying another pair to make sure I lock myself into a good shoe for the next year or two as I plan to do more and more running during my conditioning.I'd pay probably $90.00 for this shoe and be satisfied.Oh, the insole it comes with is REALLY thin, almost useless. That's fine since I use running inserts to add to my cushioning .Also the laces are a bit short but that's good since it allows you to do a nice runner's loop and then lace it perfectly. I had 0 anxiety about coming unlaced while running in these.
