When I was younger, I would never have put an adjustable stem on my bike. But worsening arthritis in my neck made riding with a 70mm +6° stem too painful. This 90mm +20 adjustment was just right on today's morning test ride. Unlike the Ritchey adjustable stem, this Deda has clearly marked stops in 5° increments. As with anything you affix to your bike, use a torque wrench. All limits for the stem are clearly marked.
